Anissa and Jericho

Every wedding is unique in its own way. As a photographer, I love the challenge of capturing memories and creating a collage, while imparting a personal touch, which ensures the final result, will surpass expectations.
Anissa is a firm believer in the “diamonds are a girl’s best friend” statement, as she chose beautiful and sleek diamond jewelry for her D-Day. Her wedding gown was beautiful with floral embellishments on the bodice. As you can see, the bridesmaids and Anissa are having a blast while getting ready. The cute flower girl is as eager as the adults! The navy blue dresses of the bridesmaids offered a brilliant contrast against the white wedding gown. Her hair was casually done with a hair band securing the veil. I got some great candids – she has a very photogenic face. Jericho looked smart in his attire, complete with a boutonnière and pocket square – his USP is his smile, which I shot from various angles so I could portray his sunny disposition perfectly.
The location of the outdoor photo shoot was the Forks of the Credit Provincial Park. Needless to say, the couple looked happy and relaxed in each others arms, as they posed lovingly for some amazing pictures. It was a beautiful day and the weather was on our side, which made for some wonderful clicks that I am sure they will cherish. Quirky, fun, and playful would be the tone for the next set of pictures that included the couple along with the bridesmaids and groomsmen – they sure had a gala time.
St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church was the wedding venue, which had both traditional and modern elements in its décor. Anissa and Jericho got married as their loved ones cheered them on. A passionate kiss made it official – they were now husband and wife, joined for eternity. The cake was superb and unusual – the colors were white, dark blue, and gold. A collage of Anissa and Jericho, documenting their entire journey was positioned on either sides of the cake. It was an intimate gathering with loved ones congratulating the newlyweds and wishing them a happy married life.
The cuisine was delicious and soon everyone was gorging on food while sipping cocktails at the open bar. After the cake cutting was over, there was a bit of dancing as well. It was endearing to see the couple sneaking in kisses and affectionate looks, wrapped in their own bubble of warmth and happiness.
